Structure. Definition.

Logo

The Coat of Arms

Uganda's national symbol — shared across every ministry, not ours to change. A mark of state, not of any single office. Our role was to give it structure, not redesign it.

The Logo

The full identity, coat of arms, name, and type set in Minion Pro. Not designed from scratch. Structured, clarified, and made consistent. The typography gave it authority. The system gave it a voice.

Partnership Guidelines

MAAIF works alongside global institutions — World Bank, USAID, WFP, FAO. The system gives it a clear hierarchy: MAAIF always leads, partners are recognised, but never elevated above the ministry they serve.

The Colour System.

Crop under green, fisheries under blue, animal husbandry under brown, gold and oils reserved for yellow. Grey replacing black as the primary tone throughout.

Five colours, each tied to a sector of the ministry's work. One consistent palette across every material MAAIF produces.

The Terrace

One pattern. All sectors.

A signature graphic device drawn from the land, its layered strokes echoing agricultural terraces. Bringing together the MAAIF colours, the pattern runs as an edge strip and subtle background texture across the ministry's materials, tying the identity to the landscape at the heart of its work.
